You are only a few short steps away from the dock, two swimming pool areas, clubhouse, and work-out room. For families there is a fenced-in lazy river water playground for the kids. The condo has been professionally decorated and is ready for you to enjoy. Master suite has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and sliding doors that open to the large private balcony. This end unit offers you an unbelievable view of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! Kitchen is fully furnished with all the utensils you have at home. Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer are located in a walk-in utility room. The second bedroom is furnished with double twin beds, and the junior suite includes an attached bath (all linens & towels provided). Wireless internet Wi-Fi is available at no charge. Fall Vacation Activities at the Lake

The Lake of the Ozarks is absolutely beautiful during the Fall season. While summer is generally the highlight of the Lake area, you will find that there are many gems hidden here during Fall. From outdoor activities and fun views - here are our favorite reasons to plan a fall vacation at the Lake!

Hunting

Two of the most popular species for hunting at the Lake are deer and turkey. We have a growing population of both, and they thrive in our wooded areas and farmland. A booming population of deer boasts of many trophy-size bucks. The woods are also loaded with gray and fox squirrels for hunters who enjoy tracking the small game. Fishing

Boating Tips for Busy Holiday Weekends

This weekend the Lake will be booming with boaters, vacationers, and Lake lovers alike! We have the best vacation rentals at the Lake of the Ozarks, and we're excited you get to stay with us. We love when our customers bring their boats for a fun weekend on the Lake! That's why our Southwood Shores units have access to lighted and covered boat docks, with a fish cleaning station. While you'll be out enjoying the fresh Ozark breeze in your face, and flying over the water, here are a few tips to keep you safe!

1. Watch the Weather
Check the forecast before you set out. If you do get caught in bad weather, navigate to shore as quickly as possible.

2. Let Someone Know
Make sure that someone who is already planning on staying ashore knows what your plans are. They should know who is on the boat, where you're going, and how long you'll be gone.

3. Make a Checklist
Follow a checklist for departure. It will help to make sure nothing is overlooked or forgotten.

4. Watch Children
No matter what their swimming abilities, always keep a close eye on children in the water or on the boat. Also keep enough life jackets on board so everyone can have access to one.

5. Keep a Safe Speed
You always want to be aware of your speed, but especially when you're in crowded areas. Stay alert and steer clear of large vessels, as well as debris.

6. Be Respectful
Be respectful of other boaters on the water, but also respect the buoys and other navigational aids. They are put in place to ensure your safety.

7. Don't Be the Only One
When you're out on the water, make sure someone else is familiar with the boat's handling and operations.
