After managing the On-site Rental Program at Southwood Shores Resort for nearly 6 years, I was given the opportunity to open my own management company. Now having 19 years of Property Management and Marketing experience I am confident that I will have a successful business in doing what I know and what I love!

Our Vacation Rentals are privately owned and professionally managed, including online reservations and customized vacation packages to meet your needs. Our properties are conveniently located near Lake Attractions, including concerts, shopping, dining, wineries, golfing, boat rentals, fishing and more!We have over 50 beautiful lakefront condos at the Lake of the Ozarks, and whether you need one bedroom or five we have a condo that can suite your needs and make wonderful lakeside memories for you and your family.
Our outdoor pool overlooks the lake while our indoor pool is heated and has hot tubs. Our tennis court, picnic area and playgrounds are sure to keep you and your family entertained should you decide to enjoy part of your vacation here on site with us! Our boat docks are covered, lit, and have a fish cleaning station, boat ramp, and boat/trailer storage.
